HOW TO SHOP AT www.bih.lt ONLINE STORE

Product Selection
Choose the desired products in the www.bih.lt online store and click the “Add to Cart” button.

Shopping Cart
In the shopping cart, you can review the selected products, change quantities, or remove unnecessary items.
Once you have finished selecting products, click “Checkout”.

Entering Buyer Information
Enter the required buyer details (name, surname, email address, delivery information, etc.).

Selecting a Payment Method
You can pay using the following methods:

• Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių bankas online banking services

• Visa and MasterCard payment cards

All payments are processed in euros (EUR).

Purchase Terms and Consent
Before confirming payment, the customer must read the Terms and Conditions of Sale and tick the checkbox confirming agreement.
Without this consent, the payment cannot proceed.

Payment Confirmation
Payments in the online store are processed via the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
Payment service provider – Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no. 12268475).

When making a payment, the buyer’s personal data necessary for payment execution and confirmation is transferred to Maksekeskus AS.

Order Confirmation
After successful payment, the customer is redirected back to www.bih.lt, and the order confirmation is sent to the provided email address.
